  • Imperfect: Trimmed with loss of foliation. Upper corners of first two leaves mended with acidic paper. Insect damage in inner margins.
  • Not rubricated except for title underlining in red, beneath which is a ms. rubricator's note (illegible).
  • With contemporary ms. annotations in margins; some lost due to trimming. On front flyleaf: "Coll. per H. Drury Harroviae, c.23.2".
  • Acquired by the College of Physicians of Philadelphia from Voynich prior to 8 Dec. 1919.
  • Bound in paper boards covered by gold-stamped speckled dark brown calf, in the center of which is a rectangular panel of speckled medium brown calf, surrounding a lozenge-shaped panel of polished light brown calf; with gold-stamped spine. Spine mended with brown cloth tape.
