All supplied in photostat, except for leaf [294] (blank). Most of the first text leaf (leaf 4) wanting; remnant pasted on blank leaf and text supplied in facsimile ms. in red and black ink.
  • Most of the ornamental woodcut initials are decorated in red and yellow; one also decorated in green.
  • Foliated incorrectly in modern ms. With occasional contemporary ms. annotations in the margins.
  • Acquired by the College of Physicians of Philadelphia from Hirschwald prior to 15 Jan. 1926.
  • Bound in blind-stamped brown calf, with gold-stamping on the spine, by H. Pikentscher, Leipzig, 1924; signed binding.
  • Leaf size: 280 x 198 mm. Some worm damage and inkstaining throughout. A few repairs have been made to torn corners and margins.
