  • Acquired by the College of Physicians of Philadelphia from Maggs Bros. prior to 23 April 1920; with the bookplate of F. Hopkinson, Earl of Lincoln, dated 1881.
  • Tightly bound in full blind-tooled white German pigskin with blue-stained edges and a gold-stamped red leather spine label. Remnants of leather clasps (2) on bottom board.
  • Leaf size: 275 x 191 mm.
