  • With ms. ownership inscription of the "Monasterij Weingartensis" on leaf 2. Extensive contemporary ms. annotations throughout text and on endleaves update the text.
  • Acquired by the College of Physicians of Philadelphia from Maggs Bros. prior to 8 Dec. 1919.
  • Bound in quarter flesh-colored paper over original blind-stamped calf-covered beech boards; leather heavily deteriorated and boards severely wormed; with two metal clasp plates on fore-edge of upper board; corresponding metal clasps wanting. Housed in brown cloth clamshell box.
  • Leaf size: 275 x 190 mm. Dampstaining and worm damage, with slight loss of text, throughout. Tear on leaf E2 mended with acidic tape. Tears and holes on title leaf not mended.
