  • Acquired by the College of Physicians of Philadelphia from Giuseppe Martini, prior to 5 May 1920, with his signature on the front free endpaper.
  • Bound in gold-samped speckled calf, with black Morocco spine labels, gold-stamped turn-ins, and gilt edges.
  • Leaf size: 179 x 129 mm. Trimmed. Holes in penultimate gathering mended, with slight loss of text.
