  • Purchased by the College of Physicians of Philadelphia from Lang, prior to 9 June 1920.
  • Bound in old vellum, with black lettering on spine attributing work to Arnaldus de Villanova; vellum endleaves.
  • Leaf size: 191 x 42 mm. First gathering is reinforced with paper guards. Minor tear on s8 mended with acidic tape.
