  • Presented to the College of Physicians of Philadelphia by S. Weir Mitchell, M.D., and James C. Wilson, M.D. on 8 April 1913.
  • Bound in quarter white cloth over marbled paper boards, with gold stamped maroon Morocco spine label. Earlier marbled paper wrappers bound in.
  • Leaf size: 185 x 130 mm. Insect damage throughout, with some loss of text. Penultimate leaf mended at bottom margin. Last leaf mounted on blank leaf.
