  • Imperfect: Leaves g6 through h9 (text of Antidotarium) have significant text loss; large holes and tears mended mostly with acidic tape; leaves h7-9 mended with paper; h9 is mounted on blank leaf, covering portion of register on verso; leaf h10 (blank) wanting. Heavy damp- and mold-staining through first half of book. Lower margin of first leaf (blank) torn.
  • Rubrication: Initials and paragraph marks supplied in alternating blue and red. Chapter headings underlined in red ink. Foliation and some headings supplied in red ink.
  • Ms. inscription on top edge: "Practica Guaynery". With contemporary ms. annotations in at least two different hands. Some annotations supplied in red ink. Chapter heading (in red) and 24 lines of text supplied in ms. at bottom of leaf A4.
