  • Early Latin ms. inotes in margins throughout, especially on leaves k1-3. Leaves k2 and l3 have early moveable red paper tabs slid (not glued) along outside edge.
  • Library's copy has a Franciscan bookplate, from which the names of the convent and province have been excised, pasted to front pastedown.
  • Acquired by the College of Physicians of Philadelphia prior to 8 Jan. 1930; bookseller's description pasted to front free endpaper.
  • Contemporary full brown leather binding; front and back boards now covered with later brown paper. Five raised bands on spine; faded gold- and blind-stamping on spine; paper label with author, title and date stamped on it pasted to spine; edges speckled red and black.
  • Bound with: Beroaldo, Filippo. Co[m]mentarii Philippicarum cum annotationibus Philippi Beroaldi. [Bologna : Benedictus Hectoris, 23 Dec. 1501]
  • Leaf size: 296 x 199 mm.; ink- and dampstaining in last gathering; small portions of those leaves mended.
