  • Provenance: Vol. 1 has an early ownership inscription on t.p. dated 1494 that has been inked over and is now illegible. Vols. 1 and 2 have the ink stamp of the Capuchins in Parma ("Bibliothecae. Capucin. Parmae") on t.p.
  • Acquired by the College of Physicians of Philadelphia prior to March 4, 1924; with the bookseller's catalog description pasted to the front free endpaper.
  • Binding: all three vols. bound in early pigskin on paper boards; four raised bands on spine; early ms. shelfmark label on spines.
