Note
  • Edited by Aldo Manuzio and Franciscus Caballus
  • This is the third volume of the five volume set of Aristotle's works issued by Aldo Manuzio. The first volume (dated 1 Nov. 1495) was considered to be an independent work by Manuzio. He considered the second through fifth volumes (dated Feb. 1497, 29 Jan. 1497, 1 June 1497, and June 1498, respectively) to form a separate four volume set. Even though this volume was issued before what Manuzio intended to be the first volume of the four volume set, it forms the second volume of the four volume set
