  • Bearer type impressions on title page, above and below text.
  • Purchased for the College of Physicians of Philadelphia prior to 4 Oct. 1910; with stamp of the Stockton-Hough library. Inscription on leaf a2r reads: Ad Conventum Monacensem Ord. Eremit. S.P. Augustini.
  • Bound in half blind-tooled pigskin over bevelled wooden boards; clasp removed. Housed in clamshell.
  • Leaf size: 194 x 138 mm. Title leaf trimmed, pasted at inside margin to second leaf. Quires are reinforced by vellum guards. Tear on leaf c6 mended. Some dampstaining in final quire. Last leaf pasted to board, with insect damage to a few words of text.
