On recto: The Madonna, surrounded by clouds, places the imperial crown on the head of Maximilian, who is kneeling on the left holding a flag with a cross. Two women stricken by the plague are prying on the right. A dying person is stretched out on the ground. On the lower left there is a shield with an eagle whose head is turned to his left. On verso: God between two angels, above the universe, surrounded by zodiac figures. Cf. Schreiber
