• Acquired by the College of Physicians with the William F. Norris fund prior to December 5, 1922. With the bookplate of Vernon on front pastedown.
• Bound in brown calf over wooden boards; blind stamped panels with floral and geometrical designs; remains of two brass clasps; brass corner pieces; five raised bands on spine; leather label on panel wit author and title on spine.
