  • With many contemporary ms. annotations in at least two different hands in margins. Some lost due to trimming. Contemporary ms. ownership inscription of a monastery library on the title leaf is illegible.
  • With the booklabel of Pierre Duhem affixed to the verso of the front flyleaf.
  • Acquired by the College of Physicians of Philadelphia from Davis & Orioli, prior to 6 Apr. 1920.
  • Tightly bound in full modern vellum with gold-stamped red Morocco spine label.
  • Leaf size: 291 x 202 mm. Closely trimmed. Wormholes throughout. Many wormholes and corners have been mended with acidic tape. The upper and lower margins of the first four gatherings and a few holes elsewhere have been mended with paper.
