  • With armorial bookplate bearing the motto "Timor dei nobilitas".
  • Acquired by the College of Physicians of Philadelphia from Voynich, prior to 11 Feb. 1919.
  • Bound in full blind-tooled tree-calf.
  • Leaf size: 195 x 133 mm. A few holes and tears in the lower margins are mended. The corners of leaves n1-n4 have been torn and mended. Slight dampstaining throughout.
