  • Acquired by the College of Physicians of Philadelphia from Menno Hertzberger, prior to 6 Nov. 1925; with his bookseller's label from his Amsterdam shop, on the front pastedown.
  • Bound in quarter brown diced calf over orange and black streaked paper boards, with gold-stamping on the spine. Head of spine wanting.
  • Leaf size: 314 x 210 mm. Outer margin of first leaf is torn and mended with paper. Slight dampstaining in margins of last few leaves.
