- Rubrication: Initials and paragraph marks supplied in alternating red and blue ink. Large initial on leaf a2 shows woman seated on bench: initial supplied in pink and decorated in red, brown, white, and blue ink, with leaf-like marginal extensions.
- Ownership inscriptions: at bottom of leaf E5, Dr. Vittorio da Napoli, lettere di [Boygio?] 1615, 1616, 1617; at bottom of leaf H7, P. Leo [Bodeschung?], Abbot, 1643. Seals of an unknown former owner stamped on pi3, P6, and Z10.

- Bound in half modern vellum over off white cloth boards, with gold-stamped brown Morocco spine label; edges speckled red; preliminary gathering (table) bound at end.
