  • Foliated in ms., with contemporary ms. annotations in margins and a few underlinings and fists. Inscription on title leaf has been erased. Inscription on bottom of leaf a2 reads: Cappuccinorum Verone.
  • Presented to the College of Physicians of Philadelphia by George Fales Baker, M.D., prior to 18 July 1901; with the bookplate of the J. Stockton-Hough Library and bookstamps of the Verona Capuchins on the first and last leaves. The Capuchin bookstamps have been covered over by paper. The paper on the title leaf has been removed, but the stamp is illegible due to glue stains and insect damage. The bookstamp on the final leaf is still legible beneath the paper covering it: "Loci Cappuccinorum Veronae" surrounds the monastery seal.
  • Bound in half cream modern vellum over white cloth boards, with gold-stamped maroon Morocco spine label.
  • Leaf size: 285 x 205 mm. Insect damage on the first, second, and last leaves, with slight loss of text.
