  • With two ownership inscriptions of Johannis Lopdett of Cambridge, one on title leaf and the other at the close of the text of liber 1. A few ms. annotations in margins in a later hand.
  • Acquired by the College of Physicians of Philadelphia from Davis & Orioli, prior to 30 Aug. 1918; with the booklabel of George Dunn of Wooley Hall near Maidenhead.
  • Restored binding: full calf over wooden boards, covered with original blind-tooled calf; edges stained red. Head of spine and back board loose; housed in brown cloth clamshell box.
  • Leaf size: 212 x 145 mm. Dampstaining from gathering Q to end. Worm holes, with slight loss of text throughout. Lower margin of leaf t3 mended with paper.
